Modern Day Music is alwasy looking for coaches! Formal education in music is preferred, but relevant experience in performance and training will also be considered. These positions are well suited for musicians who can be available during some weekdays, afternoon to evening hours, and Saturday hours are sometimes an option.
We have a super fun and engaging school with students of all ages, skill levels, and genre interests. We normally do showcases 2 times per year for students to perform, we have an optional band program and musical theater groups that perform 4 times per year! Other classes available to keep kids and adults engaged.
Must have a fun attitude and personality and the ability to work well with kids and adults of all ages and genres.
Looking for 2 part-time piano coaches to start with one day per week and build up from there. Being able to provide NYSSMA help is a plus.
